the sole purpose of business matters only. Princess Designs respects the
privacy of our customers. We will never sell, give away, or distribute your
personal information with third parties under any circumstances. All email
addresses collected on Princess Designs website will be used for the sole
purpose of business communications and special offers. You may opt out of these
special emails at any time.
Security
Princess Designs operates under a secure server (SSL
encrypted). All financial and personal information collected during the
checkout process is protected and cannot be captured or viewed by third
parties.
Payment & Tax
Princess Designs accepts payment by Visa, Master Card, Discover, and Personal Check. We currently do not accept American Express. A fee of $35 will be charged for all returned (NSF) checks.
Customers outside Louisiana will not be charged sales tax. All
Louisiana customers will be charged the current state sales tax of 4% (add an additional 5.75% if you live in St. Landry Parish).
Shipping
Princess Designs ships via USPS Priority Mail. Each order is only charged actual shipping charges and no handling fees will ever be charged. If you need your order quicker, please contact us and we will work with you on shipping methods. We pack each order personally to ensure quality control in
handling of items.
Turnaround
Princess Designs takes great pride in ensuring orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. Ready-to-Smock items have a turnaround time of 4-6 weeks. Pre-pleated items (inserts, dress fronts, etc) have a turnaround time of 2 weeks. Our goal is to provide you with
quality items within a reasonable time frame. Any issues or problems should be
addressed immediately, in order to receive proper and prompt attention.
Returns, Exchanges & Gift Certificates
All cut merchandise is considered as a final sale and cannot
be returned to Princess Designs unless the item is defective. If your order
contains a shipping error, contact Princess Designs immediately. Patterns, magazines, books, or smocking plates may not be returned or exchanged. You must contact us within 5 days of receipt of merchandise for returns/exchanges to take place. All special orders and sale items
are final and cannot be returned. Gift certificates are considered final
sale and cannot be returned for a refund.
All refunds are subject to a 3% re-stocking fee
(except for defective items). Furthermore, all shipping charges will be
deducted from the final refund. Princess Designs does not give credit for
shipping charges incurred on returned merchandise. The buyer will be
responsible for returned shipping costs.

website is copyright Princess Designs, or original owner. Nothing contained
within this website shall be copied, reproduced, redistributed, republished,
exhibited, or transmitted in any manner or means, without expressed written
consent and permission from Princess Designs or the respective owner of the
item. All photographs and designs are copyright Princess Designs or respective
owners. Usage of any item on this website against terms is a violation of
copyright laws.
